The Winning Strategy (WST) is a cyclical discipleship system developed by Ptr. Joseph E. Samson that aims to help Christians discover the Winner in them and live victoriously. The program is divided into three (4) levels, namely, The NEW LIFE SERIES (NLS), SERVANTHOOD SERIES (SS), LEADERSHIP SERIES (LS) and the MENTORING SERIES (MS).
The WST would give the church a well-planned procedure on how to lead the people to Christ and help them become followers of Christ.
Objectives:
To prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until it reaches unity in the faith, in the knowledge of the Son of God, and become mature followers of Christ attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of the Lord Jesus Christ.
To provide the Church an efficient and effective discipleship program that would bring victory to the daily life of every Christian.
The end goal is winning against the enemy, helping the Christian live a life that would reach eternity.

Winning Circle Materials:
1. Heart to Heart (H2H) is a 12-lesson discipleship and small group material that aims to equip the believer with basic Bible knowledge to help them begin their walk with God with a right heart and a right start.
2. H5H – High 5 Habits (H5H) is a 9-lesson small group discipleship material that aims to help the Christian understand basic Bible principles in developing spiritual disciplines needed for spiritual growth.
3. Faithwalk is a 7-lesson small group discipleship material that aims to equip the Christian to have a stronger faith and walk with God.
4. The Way to Happiness is a 12-lesson small group discipleship material about the Beatitudes. It aims to help the believer understand how to live a life of blessedness in the way of Christ.
5. Keeping in Step with the Spirit is a 9-lesson small group discipleship material about the fruit of the Spirit. It aims to help the Christian understand the fruit of the Spirit he received from God and be victorious in life as he walks by the Spirit of God.
6. For His Glory is a 7-lesson small group discipleship material about understanding how the Christian can genuinely worship God and live a life that gives God the glory He deserves.
